At TACT, we realized the only way we could fight healthcare costs was to
quit focusing on the health costs and start focusing on the health
issues.
When you break it all down, there are only a few different health
problems that account for most of the runaway costs, and most of these
are controllable, if not totally preventable.
This small list leads to billions in unnecessary health care costs, and
all of them are controllable, treatable and to some degree, preventable.
At TACT we found that if we become a partner in a person’s life and help
them tackle their health issues today, we can and have avoided the
catastrophic costs of treating those issues tomorrow.
TACT partnered with top-notch health care providers to offer onsite
physicals and health checkups for every employee. Not a quick once
over physical, but an in depth physical that would cost most people
hundreds of dollars. TACT believes in sparing no expense in efforts of
early detection and preventive health measures.
In most cases, at these onsite physicals, TACT finds undetected illness
and conditions that if left untreated, would most certainly end in
disaster. So if you only look at costs it’s a great benefit, but if you
look at the true value of life, it’s absolutely amazing.
